It was a busy and bustling morning in Yaletown when I arrived at the Opus Hotel to get Laura and her bridal party ready for her wedding. All the getting ready was well underway with Erin from Pony Salon already there to start crafting some seriously gorgeous braidwork on the hair. After the beautifying was complete, I demonstrated my patented, makeup preserving, tears of joy capturing, "special kleenex trick" just before they hurried off to Brix Restaurant for the ceremony.

Keeping a romantic, yet downtown chic kind of look, we kept if soft and clean. Given that all ladies in the bridal party were blonde and were wearing a pale dress shade, I focused on creating flawless complexions and kept it lighter as to not overpower them with too much dark make up.
